Every product on this store is a digital download: LUT files, video overlays, sound effects, templates and similar assets. Nothing is shipped. You get a download link on the page right after payment and the same link by email.
Delivery is instant. If your download link has not arrived within a few minutes, check your Promotions or Spam folder, then email sean@seankitching.com with the email address you paid with and I will send it by hand the same day.
Because these are digital files that cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download has been delivered. If a file is faulty, will not open, or you have a problem using it, email me within 7 days of purchase and I will fix it or refund you. If you bought the wrong pack by mistake, email me before downloading and I will sort it out.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files in your own videos and photos, including commercial and client work. You may not resell, share, redistribute or repackage the files themselves.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch this site. Charges appear on your statement as SEAN KITCHING. Prices are in US dollars; your bank converts at its own rate.
